5. Reservation only valid for 3 working days.If we didn't receive payments within booking days,items will be open for others without any notice.
6. Items sold are not exchangeable/returnable/refundable.
7. Butik Gadis will not held responsible for any loss or damages during delivery.

6. Your items will be delivered on scheduled delivery day after full payment received.
